CPTAU Pre-insulated Bi-metal lugs are designed to connect ABC cables to transformers,switchgear etc on thapole top.They are Pre-insulated,here is no requirement for insulation.heatshrink at the pole lop.
Material:
99.9% purity copper & 99.5% purity aluminum
Technique of production:
friction welding.
Feature:
1.Stripping lengths,die size,crimp number and swquence is moulded onto the lug insulation
2.Lugs are color coded for identification of cable cable sizes.
3.The end seal gives a 6kV underwater dielectric strength
4.The lug is pre-filled with jointing compound for improved electrical contact.

A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated.30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

A: It depends on order quantity.Generally, the delivery time will be within 15 to 30 days.
4. Package information
A:For inner box and master carton are made as per international standards,and we can make special designed for you if need.And if necessary,will be packed in pallet to avoid any damage.
B:Not more than 35kg per carton box,about 1000kg per pallet
